This course aims to provide the foundation knowledge of contemporary Information Technology management, software, applications, and job skills. This course is for participants who have a need to understand the role of IT management in a small business setting.  

By the end of the course, you will have developed the knowledge and skills to: 
  • Understand digital transformation in the context of government services
  • Appreciate the breadth of technologies available to organisations including emerging technologies. 
  • Understand enterprise architecture and the complexity of enterprise IT systems in large organisations. 
  • Understand the depth of digital skills on offer and the likely future digital roles both inside and outside of the workplace
